When ordering deliveries to hospitals or universities, it’s essential to provide as many details as possible to ensure successful delivery. Please include specific information such as the floor number, department, or room number, along with any other relevant details.
Due to the nature of these locations, flowers might sometimes be delivered to someone other than the intended recipient, like a receptionist or front desk staff or a mailing room. Our couriers will always make their best effort to deliver the flowers directly to the specified person, but in some cases, such as in hospitals where patients might be moved to different wards, successful delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that under these circumstances, we cannot offer refunds for unsuccessful deliveries. We appreciate your understanding and recommend you confirm the recipient’s location and availability before placing your order.

HOTEL DELIVERY
When sending a gift to a hotel, it’s a good idea to check with the hotel in advance to confirm their policy on customer deliveries. Larger hotels, in particular, might not accept external deliveries due to the logistical challenges of locating the recipient within a large property.
Our couriers will deliver to the hotel reception, but once the order is accepted by hotel staff, it’s their responsibility to ensure the gift reaches the correct room and recipient. This additional step can sometimes cause delays or misplacement, which is why checking with the hotel beforehand is crucial.
To help ensure successful delivery, you can provide specific information such as the recipient’s name, room number, and any relevant booking details. This way, the hotel staff will have a better chance of delivering the gift to the right person in a timely manner.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please make sure the recipient will be available to accept the delivery on the selected date. It’s crucial to enter the most accurate delivery details, filling in all address fields. If you’re uncertain about the recipient’s postal code, we can assist—just reach out to us.
Be aware that we are not responsible for additional delivery costs caused by failed deliveries. To avoid such issues, ensure you provide correct delivery details. If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information, or if the delivery is refused, we reserve the right to charge the full value of the order for a resend. Once your order is dispatched, we cannot amend any delivery details.
Courier-delivered flowers may arrive any time up until 7pm on the specified delivery date. In certain areas of the UK, such as Scotland and Northern Ireland, delivery may require an additional day in transit. Although this is rare, we cannot offer refunds in such cases.
