Refund Policy

As flowers are perishable items, we do not offer refunds. If you encounter an issue with the items delivered, please report it to us within 24 hours. We will request proof through photographs, which can be emailed to us at Once we receive the evidence, we will assess the situation to determine the best way to rectify the problem.

Cancelling an order:

All orders must be cancelled at leat 24 hours before they have been dispatched, we can’t offer a refund or change the delivery address or any card message details once they have been dispatched. Under no circumstances we offer refunds. 

If a replacement is warranted, we will send a like-for-like product to the original delivery address as quickly as possible. Please note that under no circumstances do we offer refunds for flowers or plants due to their perishable nature.

The Distance Selling Regulations, which typically allow customers to cancel or return goods within a specified timeframe, do not apply to flowers and plants because they are perishable. This means that once your flower or plant order has been dispatched, it cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is damaged or not as described.

However, these regulations do apply to non-perishable gifts we sell. If you’ve ordered non-perishable items, you may have the right to return or exchange them within the specified timeframe under the Distance Selling Regulations.
