As flowers are perishable items we do not offer refunds, should there be an issue with the items delivered you must report this to us within 24 hours, we will ask for proof of photos which can be emailed to us at hello@roxanas.co.uk
We will make a judgement on how we can rectify the problem. We will only replace a like for like product which will be sent out asap to the original delivery address. Under no circumstances we offer a refund.
