REFUNDS
As flowers are perishable items we do not offer refunds, should there be an issue with the item i.e items not delivered or the flowers are damaged, you must report this to us within 24 hours, we will ask for proof of photos which can be emailed to us at hello@roxanas.co.uk We will make a judgement on how we can rectify the problem. We will only replace a like for like product which will be sent out asap to the original delivery address. Or if you are not happy with the item – Under no circumstances we offer a refund.
DELIVERY TIMES & DELAYS
Although we state times for delivery – at times due to traffic, weather or natural disasters, some deliveries can be delayed from time to time, unfortunately this is out of our control. We will do our best to deliver on the day.
Wrong Details:
Roxanas Teesside does not take any responsibilities if you have entered wrong address details, this causes major issues with the deliveries and can affect the time and day of your delivery.
National Delivery Policy:
Deliveries may be 1 day early during peak events to guarantee the delivery – adverse weather may also cause delays which is beyond of our control.
